KELLY BAKER

When it comes right down to it, I am a storyteller.
And it is the ability to capture a beautifully rich story, in a single image or video clip, that drives my creativity every single day. I will provide you with the guidance you need to feel safe and comfortable, yet will make the space needed to cultivate connection, be it with your partner, your children, your clients, or even yourself. The images we create will become the heirlooms you look back on for years to come.
MY STYLE
My style is a bit on the creative, artistic side. I can and will do "traditional" posed photos, absolutely. But my passion lies in capturing real smiles - even if I have to tell a silly joke to make them happen. I am also into a bit unusual stuff - light painting, sparkler fun, nighttime shoots that capture stars, and more. So if you're wanting to convey something a bit different and you're interested in some unique and creative storytelling, you've found your gal.
I would describe my editing style as modern nostalgia - warm tones and genuine emotion give my images the feeling of looking at those beautiful photographs from childhood that were taken on film and developed with care. But they also have a clean, bright, and contemporary feel. I also pride myself in not being limited to one particular visual style. So when you book with me, you have the opportunity to choose between a number of styles, which will help me craft a unique and authentic approach to crafting your story.
